01 · Indicator · Chaikin Money Flow
What is Chaikin Money Flow (CMF)?
Created by Marc Chaikin, CMF measures buying or selling pressure over a period by combining where the close sits in the candle with volume.
It ranges from −1 to +1, mostly between −0.5 and +0.5.

The calculation
Multiplier = ((Close − Low) − (High − Close)) / (High − Low). CMF = Σ (multiplier × volume) / Σ volume over 20 periods.
A close near the high on strong volume weighs heavily positive.
